How far is this property from Major Orlando attractions?
Our property is located in the heart of Orlando. This means you are right in the middle of everything, a short drive to any activity or theme park. The resort is located next door to a miniature golf and arcade, and is less than 1 mile from the main entrance to Disney World. Other Parks such as Sea World is 3 miles away, and Universal Studios is about 7 miles away.

Who am I renting this property from? Who runs this website?
Well, after discovering the amount of time and effort that a vacation needs in planning, you have a lot to think about. Also, many people cannot afford to rent 2 or even 3 hotel rooms to feel like each person is not on top of each other during their vacation stay. Our goal is to provide everything the observant family might need, so you can focus on planning a great vacation to Florida!

We are a frum Shomer Shabbas family living in Baltimore, Maryland and we want to help you with the planning of a great Florida vacation. We are constantly updating this website so please visit frequently. Our goal is to make your vacation amazing!

Do we need to bring linen and towels?
Absolutely not, our property is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is stocked with linens, towels and blankets.

What about Restaurants, Shopping and Pharmacies?
Many Restaurants are located near the resort. Many outlet malls such as Buena Vista Outlet and Florida Mall are located nearby. Check out the brochures at the registration desk in both resorts. There are many Walgreens 24 hour pharmacies located around the corner from the resort if you may need them.

Terms and Conditions

Booking

Before a booking can be accepted the reservation form and a copy of terms and conditions must be signed by the renter. The Renter must take full responsibility for all payments and correspondence.

At time of booking a reservation, a refundable security deposit is required, as well as the total balance in order to reserve your vacation for the requested dates.

The security deposit is to ensure payment of minor items that are broken or stolen not to remove any liability of major damage. Deposits may also be used when a renter requests an unexpected extended stay for one or two days. Please contact us right away to secure and confirm the availability of those days.

Cancellation

Reservations may be canceled at any time however depending on how close it is to your arrival may result in forfeiture of some of the deposit. Cancellations two weeks or less from your scheduled arrival results in a 75% loss of your deposit. Any cancellation up to 4 weeks from your scheduled arrival results in the loss 50% loss of deposit.

Changes in reservation dates are possible depending on when they are made however a fee may apply. Should you need to cancel a booking please have the courtesy to give us as much notice as possible. Again, we are here to make you have a great experience.

Insurance

Our insurance does not cover your personal possessions lost or damaged while on vacation, nor does it cover any costs you may incur if you have to cancel your booking.

Accommodation

This condo is our home. We share our home with you, and in return we expect our guests to treat it with the same respect one shows for their own home. This property is fully licensed as a short term rental in the state of Florida. This property may not be shared, sub-let or assigned to other persons. Access may be required by authorized personnel for maintenance or by the owners during your stay.

Guests are expected to take all reasonable security precautions, including locking all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Smoking

The property is No Smoking. For the comfort and safety of our guests SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME in our condo. Failure to comply will render this booking void and the management company have the right to evict you and your guests from the property. Note: No pets or animals are allowed into our condo as well.

You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or outside by the pool, of course. Please be courtious to close the door to keep smoke from wandering inside.

Complaints

In the unlikely event you may experience any problem with the property please except our apologies in advance. Contact the front desk for any problems immediately . They are available 24/7. Should the complaint be unresolved, the renters should contact us at 410-764-732 or info@iloveblueheron.com as soon as possible. Complaints or problems reported after the departure stay will not be accepted or considered.

Liability

The owners and the management company accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons belongings however caused. The renter agrees to waive any liability on the part of the owners of the condo unit at the Blue Heron Beach Resort for personal injury/damage, which occurs in our home. The use of the accommodation and all amenities including the pool and spa and resort amenities are at the users own risk. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
